If you’re having trouble downloading videos on your internet browser or mobile device, follow the troubleshooting steps below. To start, tap Search , enter what you’re searching for, and then filter the results by videos, channels, or playlists. Tap Create to record a video, start a live stream, or upload videos from your mobile device. Check the settings on your mobile device to ensure you have enabled background data for YouTube.
